We are seeking an reputed company Senior Outpatient Coding Specialist to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a reputed company, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing documentation present in the medical record for inpatient, outpatient, and/or reputed company services to assign diagnoses/procedure codes as described by the physician(s) of record. You will abide by the Standards of Ethical Coding as set forth by the American Health Information Management Association and adhere to official coding guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate diagnoses and procedure codes

• Apply knowledge of MS-DRG's, APC's, MPFS/RVU's, POA's, and HAC's to ensure accurate coding and reimbursement

• Stay up-to-date with changes in coding guidelines and regulations, and apply this knowledge to ensure compliance and accuracy

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications

• Prior coding experience in ICD-10 CM diagnoses and procedure coding, as reputed company as HCPCS/CPT procedure coding, in an acute care inpatient/outpatient hospital and/or reputed company services setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certifications such as Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company), Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC), or Certified Interventional Radiology Cardiovascular reputed company (CIRCC) are required
