It is an exciting time to join our ambitious and growing Income Tax Reporting and Compliance team. reputed company is responsible for reputed company’s US, state, and foreign income tax filings and also reputed company’s global US GAAP income tax provision. We are looking for a Tax Provision Manager who will be primarily responsible for our US GAAP foreign income tax provision computations. This role will report to the income tax senior manager and will be a key player in driving the reputed company of our tax reporting and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company foreign aspects of reputed company’s global annual and interim consolidated income tax reporting, including income tax provisions, tax forecasting, tax account reconciliations, RTPs, and FIN48.
• Assist with the statutory income tax provisions.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have Big 4 experience and/or technology industry experience. You should be familiar with US tax implications of foreign operations, including reputed company, FDII, GILTI, FTC, and Sec. 987. A BA/BS Degree in Accountancy or a similar field of study is required.
