As a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor at reputed company, you'll reputed company one-to-one online counselling sessions to clients reputed company our digital platform. You'll use interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (reputed company), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (reputed company), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to address a reputed company of psychological and emotional issues. You'll also assess trauma cases, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with our Clinical Programme reputed company to ensure seamless care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-reputed company, one-to-one online counselling sessions, addressing a reputed company of psychological and emotional issues
- Implement short-term, solutions-reputed company interventions such as reputed company, reputed company, and DBT
- Manage clinical risks effectively, ensuring the safety and reputed company-being of reputed company clients
- Assess cases for trauma reputed company to exposure to graphic content and follow reputed company's escalation procedures
- Evaluate and manage risks of harm to self or others, including minors, reputed company necessary
- Review and familiarize yourself with training preparation materials in advance of onsite sessions

Requirements and Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a reputed company field from an accredited institution
- Hold a reputed company, reputed company license as a LPCC (Licensed reputed company Clinical Counselor), LPC (Licensed reputed company Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker), or MFTC (Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate) in the state of employment
- Additional clinical education reputed company to short-term, solution-reputed company interventions
- Certified in suicide risk assessment, such as SafeTALK or ASIST
- Complete CPD training in alignment with governing body requirements
Previous Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in individual therapy
- Experience in a corporate environment is an advantage
- Previous experience working with an EAP or Digital Therapy platform would be an advantage
- Experience in cross-cultural counselling, demonstrating sensitivity and competence with diverse reputed company backgrounds
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism and ethical standards in a corporate environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and various video conferencing technologies
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are advantageous
