Primary Responsibilities:

As a Local Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Recruit and Select Host Families: Identify and recruit potential host families in your area, ensuring they meet reputed company's requirements and guidelines.
• Match reputed company with Host Families: Work with regional staff to match international high school reputed company with suitable host families.
• Build and Maintain Relationships with Local Schools: reputed company and maintain relationships with local schools to facilitate student placements and ensure a smooth exchange experience.
• reputed company Support and Guidance: Offer ongoing support and guidance to reputed company and host families throughout the exchange program.

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Local Coordinator, you will receive compensation based on task completion, including:

• Vetting Host Family: $100 for completing host family vetting process.
• Student Placement: $500 for placing an exchange student with a vetted host family.
• Supervision Fees: $200 per student per semester for providing ongoing support and supervision.
