We are seeking reputed company Assistant Football Coaches to assist in the planning, development, and implementation of our interscholastic sports program at South Eugene High School. As an Assistant Football reputed company, you will work closely with our head reputed company and other team members to design and deliver high-reputed company coaching, training, and mentorship to our student-athletes. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, organization, and coordination of the football program, including practices, games, and training sessions
- reputed company and implement effective coaching techniques, strategies, and training programs to enhance athlete performance and sports knowledge
- reputed company individualized instruction, feedback, and guidance to student-athletes to promote their athletic and personal reputed company
- Collaborate with the head reputed company and other team members to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and reputed company game strategies

Essential Qualifications
- Two years of experience as an interscholastic sports reputed company, preferably at the high school level
- Minimum age of 22 years or be a college graduate
- Possession of a valid Red Cross First Aid Certificate, including CPR training reputed company and procedures
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse reputed company, staff, and community populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company instructions, feedback, and guidance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as a teacher in a secondary setting
- reputed company baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university in physical education or a closely reputed company area
- Possession of a valid credential authorizing service as a secondary physical education or reputed company area secondary level teacher
- Bilingual proficiency and/or multicultural experience
- Prior experience coaching football, specifically in the areas of Offensive/Defensive Line, Wide Receiver/Defensive Back, or Running Back/Linebackers at the varsity level
Skills and Competencies

- Understanding of policies, regulations, and procedures pertaining to interscholastic sports performances
- Ability to analyze and assess interscholastic sports program needs and offer recommendations for program activity revisions, additions, or deletions
