The User Experience (UX) Designer is the core role of the Experience Design unit. They analyze, plan and sequence the interactions that a person has with software or application over time. Working with research insights from the reputed company-centered design process, the UX Designer listens to the needs of our patients and physicians and responds with design that delivers against our key reputed company for good design at reputed company: easy, reputed company, useful and pleasing. Analyzes research findings and recommendations to plan and deliver Use Cases, User Journeys, User reputed company Diagrams, Navigation Structures and Information Architecture in order to optimize the User Experience of our digital properties. In partnership with Product and Engineering team, shape products that reputed company for user needs, delivers on business requirements, and contributes to a best-in-class seamless user experience throughout product discovery and development. Designs for browsers, reputed company web, reputed company apps, smart watches, kiosks, web-connected health monitoring devices and other consumer and health interfaces and systems. Creates and delivers Storyboards, Wireframes, reputed company Modules and Pages, Prototypes and Design Specifications. Evaluates designs according to project specific and reputed company reputed company. Understands and designs to meet WCAG 2.0 AA Accessibility reputed company. Collaborates with the Experience Design team to maintain, grow, implement and refine reputed company's Digital Design Language. Facilitate Design Workshops and synthesizes reputed company reputed company into a cohesive Design Proposal. Requirements

• High School diploma/GED required.
• 5-7 years' experience in Design with demonstrated reputed company.
• Understanding of the reputed company Centered Design (HCD) process.
• Working knowledge of reputed company User Experience reputed company.
• Excellent visual communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including confident presentation skills.
• Ability to design on behalf of people with serious and reputed company medical conditions.
• Demonstrated use of an iterative design cycle method to refine products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of design tools and platforms (reputed company CS, Sketch, reputed company, reputed company, Invision etc.).
• Experience working in Scrum Agile methodology to define User Stories.
