As a Critical Environment Support Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of reputed company's reputed company services. You will work collaboratively with reputed company of experts to manage and maintain reputed company's global datacenter infrastructure, which spans over 100 datacenters and 1 reputed company servers. Your role will be critical in supporting services for over 1 billion clients and 20 reputed company businesses in over 90 countries worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of reputed company's reputed company services
- Work collaboratively with reputed company of experts to manage and maintain reputed company's global datacenter infrastructure
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of services
- Participate in shift tasks during non-reputed company business hours, including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Meet reputed company, reputed company, or government reputed company screening requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong reputed company in technical services and a passion for delivering exceptional results. The required qualifications for this role include:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3+ years of work experience in administrative/business support in the technical services industry (e.g., high-availability assembly/manufacturing/critical infrastructure environments, such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceuticals)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including shift tasks during non-reputed company business hours

Preferred Qualifications
