As an ABA/Autism Behavior Technician, you will have reputed company to work directly with children and families, implementing ABA therapy and counseling programs established by a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities
- reputed company one-on-one (1:1) in-home reputed company Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents on the autism reputed company
- Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions and maintain accurate records
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by a BCBA
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Be reputed company to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting, or equivalent experience in a reputed company field
- 1-year ABA Experience, or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, valid reputed company's license, and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification, or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience using a Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plan with youth and families
- University partnerships, supervision, practicum, and mentoring experience, or interest in pursuing a career as a BCBA
