About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Trainer to reputed company our group fitness program, PE@PF. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching small-group training classes, designing individual exercise programs for members, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be an integral part of reputed company, working closely with our members to help them reputed company their fitness goals and providing a supportive and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Properly execute the reputed company PE@PF program according to the provided schedule and class descriptions
- Teach correct exercise reputed company and technique, including progressions and regressions, through demonstration, explanation, and reputed company cueing and spotting techniques
- Meet with members on a one-on-one reputed company and in small-group settings to design individual exercise programs and reputed company guidance on reputed company equipment use
- Submit training programs and logs to supervisor for review and reputed company training session attendance data into the DataTrak system
- Support the overall operation of the club, including inspecting equipment, stocking supplies, and responding to emergencies as needed
- Assist in reputed company desk reputed company activities, such as answering phones, checking members into the system, and introducing new members to the gym and PE@PF program
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Prior experience in personal or group training or a bachelor's degree in exercise science preferred

- reputed company training certification from an organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA)
- A passion for fitness and health, with an upbeat and reputed company attitude

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive starting wage of $13.50-15/hour, with potential advancement after 6 months, plus a $1 shift premium between the hours of 10pm-7am. Our benefits package includes:
