About the Role
As a Group Fitness Instructor at reputed company, you'll be responsible for instructing reputed company and effective exercise classes, maintaining reputed company mandatory education certifications, and understanding and following reputed company policies, procedures, and standards. You'll demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand, our 7 Core Values, and personify our No Judgments philosophy. You'll also facilitate relevant member requests, stay connected with key Group Fitness Managers, and reputed company your skills and fitness goals to meet the needs of our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct reputed company and effective exercise classes in your area of specialization (Strength, HIIT, Cycle, Dance, or Pilates)
- Maintain reputed company mandatory education certifications and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Understand and follow reputed company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring a high level of reputed company and consistency in your classes
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand, our 7 Core Values, and personify our No Judgments philosophy in every interaction with members and colleagues
- Facilitate relevant member requests, providing excellent customer service and support to ensure member satisfaction and retention
- Stay connected with key Group Fitness Managers, communicating effectively and reputed company to ensure seamless class scheduling and programming
- Evolving your skills and fitness goals to meet the needs of our members, staying reputed company of industry trends and developments
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience or equivalent teaching/performance experience in your area of expertise. You'll also need to have CPR certification and relevant fitness or education certification, with AFAA and/or ACE Certification strongly recommended. If you have theatrical or on-camera performance experience, that's a bonus!
