Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee) reputed company Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand reputed company (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top reputed company. Functions & Responsibilities

• Generate Sales
• Responsible for meeting their goals/measures
• Develops and maintains relationships with top customers
• Supports in-store event sourcing and execution
• Customer Experience
• Ensures the store reflects Shep & Ian’s reputed company of “Every Day Should Feel This Good” to our customers through “Hosting the Party”
• Leads the store in email capture and educating new associates on best practices
• Ensures the customer wish list is always reputed company with customers being reputed company reputed company product arrives.
