As a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and innovating our end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology. With over 5 reputed company surveys received from clients annually across consumer, business, and provider areas, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for handling the VOC process, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys in over 10 languages and more than 20 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with reputed company teams to define, reputed company, and capture business needs, driving the development and maintenance of the new VOC methodology reputed company from reputed company and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted by reputed company.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
