Work Schedule and Responsibilities
Available work schedules include 11:30am - 8pm EST and 12:30pm - 9pm EST. As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revitalizing benefits.
- Assisting patients with translating and entering new or reputed company prescriptions into our pharmacy information system.
