Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls, chat messages, emails, and voicemails from guests, travel agents, and airlines, providing reputed company and accurate support.
- Amend major schedule changes, reputed company ticketing activities, including issuance, refunds, and exchanges.
- reputed company and resolve incomplete Passenger reputed company Records (PNRs) due to lack of TSA data and missing airfares.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume call center.
