Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy
- Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits
- Translating and entering new or reputed company prescriptions into the pharmacy information system
- Communicating and collecting copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and working with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues
- Demonstrating exceptional communication skills to effectively reputed company with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone
