As our Senior Manager of Remote Services, you will be responsible for leading reputed company of customer service representatives who work remotely to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall member experience. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners.

Essential Qualifications

- Banking and/or financial services experience required
- Bachelor's degree
