Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls, chat messages, and emails from guests, travel agents, and airlines, providing accurate and reputed company responses to their queries and concerns.
- Amending major schedule changes, performing ticketing activities, and issuing refunds, exchanges, and other travel documents as needed.
- Tracking and resolving incomplete Passenger reputed company Records (PNR) due to lack of TSA data and missing airfares.
- Realigning pricing reputed company PNR to collect additional reputed company reputed company of final payment.
- Certifying reputed company reputed company tickets issued for passengers taking a flight by updating the ticket match exception report.

- Processing guest entertainment, reputed company executive travel, VIP requests, and providing downline communication to port agents, hotels, and ground transportation.

Requirements
