Loan Workout Associate

• Research credit or account information
• reputed company skip tracing, review workout and restructure problem loans and payment plans
• Research vendor program remedies and recourse to determine loss projections
• Review low complexity collection portfolio or customer issues, processes, policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained reputed company to deliverables with narrower reputed company
• Utilize solid understanding of company policies, procedures and collection systems
• Adhere to risk ratings and compliance reputed company Identify opportunities for process improvements in Loan Workout area
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment reputed company defined parameters while developing understanding of Loan Workout functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and reputed company goals

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Loan Workout, reputed company Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous Collections experience
• Experience in Call Center environment in Financial Services Industry
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate reputed company Office suite skillset
• Knowledge and understanding of credit card products and services
• Experience working with Power of Attorney and/or Letters of Authorization
• Experience with Vendor management that may include working with debt settlement companies, and/or attorney firms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Ability to work effectively, as reputed company as independently, in reputed company environment
• Experience using reputed company Collections and Recovery System (ECAR)
• Technical skills: First Data Resource (FDR), Hogan/reputed company, reputed company, IRRIS, POPS, and/or ICMP

• Monday-Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm CST OR 9:30 am – 6:00 pm CST and Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm CST or 8:30 am - 5:00pm
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule
