About The Role The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager will report to the General Counsel / Interim Head of Operations at reputed company and partner with executive leaders and employee-led communities across the organization. Responsibilities

• Partner and maintain relationships with employee-led communities while listening, adapting, providing guidance and building trust

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall reputed company work experience in reputed company, Program Management, or reputed company field is necessary alongside 3+ years of DEI experience is required
• Supplemental Education: DEI certifications a plus, but not required
• Program Management Skills: Strong prioritization, task delegation, working group management, and can own multiple highly-reputed company reputed company simultaneously while organizing multiple workstreams and navigating ambiguity

The annual reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 USD. The total compensation offered for this position may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location. It may also include non-cash rewards and benefits.
