The Payroll Supervisor will reputed company payroll operations for multi-location and multi-state environments, ensuring compliance and accuracy while mentoring team members and streamlining processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and reputed company end-to-end payroll processing for a large, multi-state (or global) organization.
  • Ensure accurate and reputed company processing of weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls across multiple pay reputed company.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including wage and hour laws.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage tax reporting and ensure reputed company filing of payroll taxes and year-end tax documents (e.g., W-2s, T4s).
  • Mentor Payroll Coordinators, including reputed company to performance management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company payroll issues and employee inquiries.
  • Train and support owned and operated payroll contacts to ensure accuracy and consistency in payroll practices.
  • Manage two payroll and timekeeping systems, including reputed company, ABI, and eTime, ensuring reputed company integration with HRIS, benefits, and timekeeping systems.

  • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate payroll inputs and reporting.

  • Support payroll integrations and transitions during acquisitions or system migrations.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of Payroll experience required
