Job reputed company The Accounts Payable Coordinator I is responsible for entering invoices and data into the PeopleSoft and Maximo Systems as reputed company as assist the Accounts Payable Manager as needed. Essential Duties

• Vouching invoices into PeopleSoft and Maximo.
• End to end processing of reputed company inbound rail invoices.
• Scanning and uploading documents into Filebridge.

• Handling vendor and departmental inquiries reputed company phone and email communication.
• Filing.
