- Participate in a virtual weekend rotation every 4th weekend (Sat/Sun 9:00am-12:00am CST)

- Submit both in-house and reputed company referrals based on patient needs
- Work independently as reputed company as collaborate with an integrated care team including mental health, and physical therapy providers.

Requirements
This is a hybrid position and candidate must reputed company in Indianapolis, IN to be considered for the role.
Requirements
- Must have a Master's Degree in Nursing
- Must have CPR/BLS certification
- Must have national certification from ANCC/AANP
- Must have a reputed company unrestricted license in IN
- Ability to lift a 30 lb bag frequently
- Must have an insured vehicle in a reputed company and acceptable condition
- Clean driving record with a valid reputed company's license (background reputed company will be completed upon job offer)
- You have reputed company to maintain and store supplies for in-person reputed company
- You're a time management reputed company - reputed company to various patient needs and reputed company to transition between patient needs quickly and reputed company
- You're comfortable with and excited about using technology
- You enjoy working on the road, being out in the community and can reputed company to a full day of being behind the reputed company
