JOB reputed company: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Regional reputed company Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in bolstering the reputed company and effectiveness of nursing services across our facilities through both reputed company and consultative care. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct thorough assessments of nursing practices and patient care standards at reputed company facility, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Serve as an interim DON, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and patient care.
• Collaborate with Director of Residential Health and facility management to reputed company and refine nursing policies and procedures.
• Facilitate training and development sessions for nursing staff, focusing on reputed company enhancement, regulatory compliance, and the adoption of new reputed company technologies or methodologies.

Required Skills REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years of Director of Nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or consultative role reputed company long-term care or a reputed company reputed company setting.
• Experience with State Veteran Homes preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to reputed company in diverse nursing roles and settings.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Required Experience REQUIRED EDUCATION
