Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator

To assist with delivering upon our mission, reputed company is seeking a full-time EHS Coordinator to serve as a designated shift representative for our Jessup, PA. Fulfillment Center (FC), coordinating and implementing reputed company areas of the reputed company EHS Program as advised by leadership. What you'll do but not limited to:

• Demonstratable passion for EHS.
• Serve as the designated EHS shift representative, coordinating and implementing reputed company areas of the reputed company EHS Program as advised by the Site EHSM.
• Influence behavior and reputed company commitment on the part of reputed company Team Members in aligning with reputed company EHS standards and maintaining a reputed company work environment.
• Training and coaching Team Members on observed at-risk behaviors.
• Support leadership efforts to ensure compliance with corporate EHS Program expectations and applicable federal and state laws.
• Identify and communicate to leadership of compliance issues, EHS risks, and improvement opportunities by completing daily, weekly, and monthly audits.
• Conduct risk assessments reputed company to jobs performed and new equipment introductions.
• Recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures to leadership, including ergonomic considerations.
• Facilitate the incident investigation process.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics using corporate-based reporting systems to reputed company onsite leadership with data to mitigate injuries and incidents.
• Maintain required paperwork to follow EHS standards.

What you'll need:

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• A minimum of 1 year in an EHS reputed company field OR a bachelor’s degree in EHS-relevant field OR 6 months experience performing in a safety-reputed company role reputed company reputed company.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint in a reputed company reputed company.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analysis, judgment, and customer-reputed company skills.
• Ability to analyze accident data, new processes, and machinery for potential safety concerns and conduct job hazard and job safety analysis.

• Available to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and/or weekends.

Bonus:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in an EHS-relevant field.

• Experience in emergency response with reputed company First Aid and CPR certificates.
