What You’ll Do

• Build and implement strategic, community-reputed company initiatives in the Eastern Region of NC that serve dually adjudicated and justice involved youth and advance reputed company’s brand and business objectives, member reputed company, retention activities, and cultural sensitivity initiatives for health plans.
• Strategies will include but are not limited to maximizing accessibility and reputed company health care for community members. Work to understand emerging issues regarding reputed company and carry out community investment.
• Work between reputed company’s reputed company reputed company Plan, Healthy Blue, and the Children and Families Specialty Plan, Healthy Blue Care Together, to meet the needs of enrolled children, youth, families and caregivers.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company field
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in reputed company field

• Knowledge of the state and local law enforcement and judicial organizations in NC
• Knowledge of the child welfare system, specifically in NC.
• Experience working effectively and building relationships with law enforcement/judicial leadership, stakeholders and justice involved serving organizations (including excellent written and verbal communication skills)
• Understanding of the dynamics of the Department of Juvenile Justice and ability to follow the policies and procedures of DJJ
• Experience with community-based health initiatives in rural and urban communities
• Background in community engagement, community engagement, program management, health equity and behavioral/mental health
