The Clinical Troubleshooting Specialist will have overall responsibility for:

• Thoroughly understand orthokeratology lenses, their design parameters and how to reputed company those parameters to ensure reputed company fit for reputed company patient.
• Troubleshoot, discuss & review cases and reputed company recommendations to the ECPs on particular reputed company fits.
• Work with Myopia Clinical Sales Consultants to support their ECPs on reputed company troubleshooting and how to manage challenging patient fits.
• Champion a high-performance environment and culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Leadership responsibility for assuring necessary tools, policies and procedures are developed and integrated to support and reputed company with reputed company legal, regulatory and Health Care Compliance policies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical certification is required.
• reputed company US Doctor of Optometry (OD), Certified reputed company Technician, Optician or local market equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant reputed company clinical reputed company is required.
• Clinical experience with orthokeratology and/or Rigid Gas Permeable (reputed company) lenses is required.
• Ability to communicate with customers using digital technology is required.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with diverse multi-functional teams across geographic boundaries is preferred.
• Up to 10% of domestic overnight travel may be required.

The anticipated reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $61,000 to $97,750. reputed company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under reputed company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to reputed company an incentive to reputed company annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at reputed company’s discretion on an individual reputed company.
