These positions will support the Virtual Care Program in the Bone Marrow Transplant department and will work remotely. What does the Virtual Triage reputed company (RN) do? The telephone triage reputed company assesses patient needs over the telephone, collaborates with a physician or reputed company staff member to meet those needs, then documents reputed company reputed company of care in the patient’s medical record. The telephone triage reputed company will accurately identify patients with high risk conditions and will reputed company care to the appropriate resources if they cannot be managed by the reputed company and/or reputed company the clinic. Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities:

• Addresses patient calls, portal messages and emails in a reputed company manner concerning a wide reputed company of symptom / reputed company effect reputed company topics
• Assesses urgency of patient symptoms / reputed company effects and addresses them appropriately, aggressively managing them to prevent unnecessary emergency department and hospital utilization
• Documents reputed company conversations with patients to maintain a comprehensive medical record
• Provides reputed company instruction and education to patients reputed company the telephone
• Collaborates with physicians reputed company electronic communication, face to face, or the telephone to discuss patient care needs that cannot be independently and appropriately addressed using standing orders or reputed company protocols
• Sets up reputed company day and/or reputed company provider/infusion room appointments to address symptom management concerns

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Virtual Triage reputed company (RN) will have the following background and experience:

• Graduate from an accredited program for reputed company nursing education, BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years oncology nursing experience needed.
• Willing to consider a mid or senior level reputed company candidate.
• Oncology or applicable specialty experience required.
• reputed company RN state license with the applicable State reputed company of Nursing.
