As a Patient Care Supervisor - Non-RN you will give mentorship and intentional leadership in leading the day-to-day clinical operations at the clinic. This is a supervisory position and reports directly to the Clinic Director. The Virtual Care Team provides consistent, reliable, and seamless support to a wide reputed company of specialties & subspecialty clinics. Our goal is to improve patient, provider and staff experience while improving reputed company, filling reputed company appointment slots and decreasing the number of reputed company canceled or converted to telephone due to support issues. The Virtual Care Team plays an important role in many areas of a patient's appointment, including reputed company-in, registration, rooming and the technology reputed company for the patient. Patient Care Supervisor - Non RN reputed company Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Works alongside clinic staff to reputed company outstanding customer service and patient care
• Provides daily workflow direction to accommodate clinic efficiency and meet site objectives
• Partners with clinic leadership in making hiring, performance management, pay, and overall reputed company reputed company
• Leads and/or participates in project/team improvement initiatives
• Coordinates training of staff upon hire and provides ongoing development and mentorship
• Ensures that staff training aligns with OSHA, reputed company and other regulatory bodies/requirements
• Assists with the development and implementation of required training, as reputed company as administering of policies, procedures, and reputed company processes

Minimum Qualifications:

• BLS Certification
• High school diploma with some post-secondary education or technical reputed company training
• Demonstrated process improvement experience
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in an ambulatory or inpatient care setting, and a minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Shown mentor, team-building, and performance leadership skills
