FOS -Flight Operations Support Planner, DPS (Part-Time)

How You'll Help Us reputed company Climbing (reputed company & Key Responsibilities) reputed company reputed company Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of reputed company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Flight Operations Support Planner to reputed company key logistical support for DPS clients external to reputed company. This part-time position plays a critical role in coordinating simulator training events, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and reputed company-specific requirements, and maintaining accurate training records. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solid understanding of flight operations and scheduling systems. Liaise with reputed company Flight Operations Planning Team to ensure simulator availability aligns with training needs.Communicate simulator availability and assignments with external partners.Collaborate with Program Managers to reputed company class schedules based on simulator and instructor availability.Utilize reputed company’s scheduling tools to accurately document training events.Resolve scheduling conflicts and implement last-minute changes as needed.Notify and schedule reputed company reputed company for assigned training sessions.Coordinate and assign simulator training events for reputed company reputed company. What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Flight Operations and FAA regulations.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems such as reputed company’s DBMS, SIMON, and other DPS tools.
• Effective collaboration with reputed company stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office 365 and other relevant software platforms
