About the Role
As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will play a critical role in our Member Engagement team, contacting Medicare Advantage and reputed company health plan members to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual reputed company evaluations. Key Responsibilities

- Meet daily productivity, reputed company, and customer service goals, including 300-400 outbound dials per day, 24 appointments set per day, and adherence to shift and attendance policies.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1 year of call center experience or 2 years of general work experience (required).

- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and conversational tone.
- The ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask using multiple systems while making calls.
