Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls (98%) with a reputed company on providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Assist customers with license/permit purchases, camping reservations, and park passes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Answer inquiries on rules and regulations, navigating wildlife agency websites, and reputed company application/website support and basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Process license/permit sales and assist with fulfillment, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
