About the Role: Patient reputed company Representative
As a Patient reputed company Representative, you will be the primary patient contact for registration, benefits verification, and authorization, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless patient intake and care coordination. This part-time position offers flexible evening and reputed company shifts, allowing you to balance your work and personal life while making a meaningful contribution to our reputed company team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary patient contact for registration, benefits verification, and authorization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate patient information.
- reputed company registration, benefits verification, payer authorization, and payment arrangements to facilitate smooth patient intake and care coordination.
- Assess patients' financial needs, reputed company insurance and financial guidance, and advise on payment reputed company and available Carilion and community assistance programs.
- Monitor work queues and reports to ensure accurate and reputed company completion of insurance, demographic, and eligibility information.
- Obtain patient signatures on required documents and maintain accurate records.

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Registration and/or previous insurance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, basic keyboarding, and PC skills.
- Strong organizational and reputed company communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment.

- PAS Medical Terminology course completion and certification required during the first year of employment.
