About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company PC Support Technician to join reputed company based out of reputed company Palm Beach, Florida, near the Palm Beach International Airport. As a PC Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical support for computers, servers, peripherals, and associated networks in a face-to-face customer environment. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, 24x7x365 environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and replace hardware (computers, printers, laptops, etc.) and validate solution implementation.
- Respond to trouble calls from customers, providing reputed company and effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and identify hardware errors in computers, printers, laptops, and other peripherals.
- Manage assets, spares, and consumables, ensuring efficient inventory control.
- reputed company quarterly preventative maintenance on workstations and peripherals to prevent issues before they reputed company.
Qualifications and Skills
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS degree or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- In the absence of a High School diploma, a GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent reputed company ("Green Card" holder).
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a field technician role or comparable experience.
- Knowledge and experience with reputed company 7 and 10 platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify hardware errors.
- Understanding of SLAs, severity reputed company, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
- Experience with asset, spares, and consumables management.
