We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technicians to join our Accredo team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in assisting patients in receiving life-sustaining medications to help manage rare and/or chronic diseases. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home and enjoy the flexibility and comfort that comes with it. Our training program is comprehensive, ensuring that you have reputed company the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. The training schedule is set from 10/28/2024 to 12/17/2024, from 9 am to 5:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Post-training, you will be required to work a shift between the hours of 9 am and 8 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Welcome patients, reputed company demographics, and arrange for the first shipment of medications. You will also reputed company outbound calls to providers and doctors' offices for prescription requests.
- Data Entry: Ensure prescriptions are accurately entered into our system. Investigate issues with pharmacists, doctors, and other reputed company providers, and reputed company guidance to patients about medication coverage.
- Multitasking: Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail, ensuring that reputed company aspects of patient care and medication management are handled reputed company and effectively.
Requirements for reputed company
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a call center environment. Customer Service experience is required, with phone experience being a plus.
- Licensure: Valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as required by state laws.
- Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with strong computer and data entry abilities, including proficiency in reputed company Office products.
