As a QA reputed company, you will be responsible for the clinical review of Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) documentation for Home Health, ensuring compliance with attending physician orders, plans of care, Medicare, reputed company, accrediting bodies, and other federal and state rules and regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest reputed company of patient care and contributing to the reputed company improvement of our clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical reviews of OASIS documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should be a Registered reputed company (RN) or Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) registered by the state(s) where you are currently practicing, or hold a multi-state compact RN or LPN license. While not required, having three years of experience in reputed company/home care and OASIS Certification in Home Health is highly preferred.
