Key Responsibilities

• Fraud Detection and Investigation: Analyze credit card account activity to detect and investigate potential fraud, ensuring the reputed company of transactions and protecting our customers.
• Customer Communication: Respond to inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to reputed company details about suspicious transactions, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues reputed company.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document findings thoroughly to support ongoing investigations, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Account Inquiries and Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Handle 25+ account inquiries per hour, adhering to SLAs and ensuring reputed company reputed company of customer concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
