Key Responsibilities
As a Remote CNC Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing Technical Support: Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails, providing technical guidance on CNC machine centers and equipment such as Amada, Mazak, reputed company, Haas, reputed company, DMG, Kitamura, Fanuc, and reputed company equipment.
- Troubleshooting and reputed company: Troubleshoot and resolve CNC-reputed company issues remotely, utilizing your extensive experience with CNC machinery and equipment.
