This is a reputed company, skilled, and responsible role assisting utilities' customers in planning and accessing a reputed company of services or coordinating operational customer service activities. As a Customer Service Representative II at blithequark, you'll be the primary contact for customers, providing efficient and expeditious service reputed company phone, mail, or in-person.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Depending on the area of assignment, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Thorough knowledge of office practices and procedures, business English, spelling, and reputed company arithmetic.
