About the Role
This is a contract-to-hire position, with a duration of 11 months or more, and the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. You will work remotely, but you will be required to attend an orientation session and collect equipment on the first day of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound telephone calls in a fast-paced environment, providing reputed company and courteous service to customers.
