We are seeking individuals who are interested in a flexible work schedule and live reputed company 75 miles of Knoxville, TN. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities
