About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join reputed company in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) process, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive business reputed company. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with reputed company teams to outline, reputed company, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in VOC reputed company to drive transformation and innovation

- Design and build big data and batch/reputed company-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, reputed company, and Python

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company Scripting Languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven reputed company (minimum 3 years)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
