As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You will work closely with our global team to reputed company expertise on stock plan administration, equity compensation, and benefits. Key Responsibilities
- reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Process the discharge of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching proportion awards
- Review equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and reputed company buy, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, reputed company, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Produce reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, reputed company, or a comparable field preferred
- Experience working with a reputed company of stock plan products, including stock reputed company, Performance reputed company reputed company, Restricted Stock reputed company, and stock purchase plans, is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
