Key Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls, chat messages, emails, and voicemails from guests, travel agents, and airlines regarding reputed company travel issues, providing accurate and reputed company solutions.
• Amend major schedule changes, reputed company ticketing activities (issuance, refunds, exchanges, etc.), and manage Passenger reputed company Records (PNRs) to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Certify reputed company reputed company tickets issued for passengers taking a flight by updating the ticket match exception report, and assign ancillary services to guests reputed company requested.
• Process guest entertainment, reputed company executive travel, VIP requests, and reputed company communication to port agents, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Research reputed company schedules booked for reputed company reputed company of budget, process last-minute reputed company changes, and reputed company next port protection coverage (flight re-accommodation) as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management to reduce communication-reputed company work errors and consistently deliver on commitments to drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Experience in the travel and hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with travel suppliers, port agents, reputed company members, employees, other departments, and management.
