Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls, chat messages, emails, and voicemails regarding reputed company travel issues, providing accurate and reputed company solutions.
- Amend major schedule changes, reputed company ticketing activities (issuance, refunds, exchanges, etc.), and manage Passenger reputed company Records (PNRs).

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume call center.

- Excellent phone and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with travel suppliers, port agents, reputed company members, employees, and management.
