About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, providing support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding reputed company products and/or services. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
- High-Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in a remote setting
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems
