About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls, chat messages, emails, and voicemails from guests and travel agents regarding reputed company travel issues, providing accurate and reputed company solutions.
- Amend major schedule changes, reputed company ticketing activities (issuance, refunds, exchanges, etc.), and ensure accurate and reputed company communication with guests and travel agents.
