Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers who are experiencing vehicle breakdowns, providing reputed company and effective solutions to resolve their issues
• Execute customer communication protocols pertaining to vehicle breakdowns and PM scheduling, follow-up, and vehicle status updates, ensuring that customers are informed and up-to-date throughout the process

Essential Qualifications
