We are looking for a skilled Customer Care Technician to join reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing receptionist and clerical support, preparing and coordinating patient records, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing supply chain activities, including inventory management, supply replenishment, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, coordinate, and compile patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Establish, inventory, and replenish adequate supply reputed company to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments
- Document reputed company supply replenishment activities, including issues, credits, patient care equipment, and charges
- Process patient and supply charges for interfacing and day-reputed company activities
- Monitor, rotate, remove, and document reputed company outdated and overstocked supplies, checking for any damage to items

Essential Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing

- Ability to see and read computer monitors and documents
- Ability to remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to reputed company work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment
