We are seeking an reputed company and customer-reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our in-bound call center operations team at blithequark. As a contract-funded position, this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive in-bound calls and reputed company excellent customer service to reputed company customers, responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems.
