About the Role

Blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and customer-reputed company Contact Center Customer Care Specialist to join reputed company. As a Service Contract reputed company (SCA) position, this role will reputed company immediate support to customers, troubleshoot application reputed company issues, and collaborate with reputed company partners to resolve concerns. Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, internal colleagues, and external partners reputed company inbound calls, chat, email, and text.

Requirements and Skills:

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education experience required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, with military reputed company experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements.
• Experience working in a multi-channel contact center (voice, chat, email, and text).
